Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Henderson, Kentucky. After serving 3 years in the US military as an EMT and field medic he began his pre-vet studies at the University of Kentucky. He then went on to Auburn University where he received his doctorate in 2003. He is active in numerous professional associations and brings an extensive background in both human and veterinary medicine. He has worked closely in FDA studies including weight control, vaccine management, and antibiotic approval. Dr. Wilson’s special interests include pain management, oncology, and diabetes. His personal interests involve traveling, sports, especially Kentucky basketball, but most of all spending time with his wife Diane and hanging out with his son, Jake.
